Karma Kids after-school sessions sessions will include breathing exercises, yoga games, songs and challenges, mindfulness, partner/group work & relaxation.
The lessons help to support building your child's confidence and self-esteem, regulate emotions, increase flexibility and stamina, working as a team & focus on mental and physical health and wellbeing.
